Kale...I heart you.

I'm having a love affair with Kale right now...yeah, as in the vegetable. It all started when I stumbled upon these Kale Chips at Whole Foods almost a year ago. These freakin things are so good I can eat the whole box in one sitting, literally. Sometimes they don't even last through unpacking the groceries. Addicted! Now, Kale is creeping into everything...my fruit smoothies-Kale, my steamed veggies-Kale, my veggie burger "bun"-KALE. It's a problem. I need to find another vegetable pronto. Alright, I need to go...time for a Kale smoothie.
